Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

InvoDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property
InvoDock and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights. The InvoDock name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of InvoDock. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or trade names.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to InvoDock, including invoices, customer data, and business information. By submitting content, you grant InvoDock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Third-Party Services
The Service may include links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not owned or controlled by InvoDock. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Account Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. InvoDock reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
Disclaimer of Warranties

InvoDock makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
